This is from Kiyomizu Dera in Kyoto, a fascinating and picturesque tourist attraction.  I had received my Olympus C-3000 digital camera just before a business trip to Japan and took a week of vacation after finishing with business.  This image demonstrates the weakness of most digital cameras in that the dynamic range is rather limited (the sky is completely white).  Nevertheless, it is pretty good for a 3.3MP consumer camera.
