This shot of the lighthouse at Yaquina Head was made on the 2000 trip and shot in the early morning.  I applied a soft-focus filter in Photoshop to enhance the lighting effect. 

It is too small to see in this version, but in a large print you can see that a person dressed in black in front of the building is looking at the camera across the tall grass.
